  • The Helicopter tour starts in the East direction from Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal.
  • The helicopter flight passes through many high mountains and hills of the Nagarkot by crossing the nearby Sunkoshi River.
  • During your flight, you will be able to view many villages located in mid hills and a large number of farming lands. Particularly, you may get views of a few common things i.e. blue rivers and green hills, while traveling very close to the Rolwaling and Gaurishankar mountain ranges in the Himalayan region just above the Jiri Bazaar and Charikot of Dolakha.
  • Later on, you will cross the Lamjura Pass to enter the Everest region.
  • Our helicopter will land at Lukla to obtain necessary fueling and after only 5 to 10 minutes period, you may fly over Dudhkoshi River to reach Namche Bazaar, known as the capital of Sherpa people.
  • The flight again lands at the hilltop of Syangboche and finally, you may fly to the Everest Base Camp.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

It’s a great experience as you fly into Kathmandu‘s only airport as you get to see a whole string of mountains from the windows of your plane. It’s a thrilling experience as your jet touches the tarmac of the runaway. Our representative will be on standby to pick you up from the airport & escort you to your hotel. Refresh yourself with welcome drinks as you go through registration formalities and check into your rooms. Later in the day our senior guide will brief you on your program. Your first overnight in the valley of the gods.

 

Day 02: Sightseeing Tour - Boudhanath, Pashupatinath & Bhaktapur

We begin our tour with a visit to Boudhanath, the biggest stupa in Nepal & a central point for Buddhism and Tibetan lifestyles and traditions. The stupa is designed like a huge bowl that represents the Buddhist cosmos. Visitors can be seen turning the prayer wheels as they do the rounds of this Buddhist temple.

 

We then proceed to the pashupatinath temple that’s considered to be the most sacred site for hindus in Nepal. The temple is dedicated to the god shiva. Pashupatinath is also a central cremation site (aryaghat in Nepali} for hindus where the common people & the kings of Nepal are cremated.

 

Our next destination is Bhaktapur {the ancient name is Bhadgaon}; this ancient city is a symbol of Nepal’s golden age & visitors are amazed by the sculpture & architecture of the city. The erotica statues of the ancient form of kamasutra or sexual displays of the hindu mythological gods’ shiva & Krishna are a delight to watch. The unique carvings of wood and bronze pagodas are just awesome. The palace of 55 windows is simply amazing.

 

Day 03:Early in the Morning Helicopter departs from Tribhuvan International Airport and lands at Everest kalapatthar where you can rest for an hour offers you beautiful views of snowy peaks such as Everest (8,848m), Lhotse (8,511m), Nuptse (7,879m), Pumo Ri (7165m). Khmbu Glacier , and to see Everest base camp , and back to same Helicopter to Kathmandu airport.

6:30: Drive from hotel to airport.

7:30: Fly to Everest View Lodge for breakfast and exploring

8:40: Fly from Everest View Lodge to Everest Base Camp or Kalapather

9:40: Fly from Everest Base Camp to Lukla and continue flying to Kathmandu

11:00: Arrive at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to hotel

 

Day 04: Kathmandu Hotel-Transfer to Airport (TIA)

After having the hygienic breakfast we will transfer you to The Kathmandu Airport with private vehicle for your final departure.

You aren’t likely to think of it now, but people do get ill, break a bone, have a family emergency or get assigned to a last minute business trip.
