Who We Are

Adventure High Mountain emerged as a privately owned company from Rinji Sherpa‘s experience as a leader mountaineering; based in Nepal since 2014.

 

Rinji Sherpa and his team of Sherpas, would like to share the challenge, beauty, and joy of mountaineering, climbing, trekking with others. The mission: To offer the highest quality experience possible for beginner to advanced adventure seekers alike.

 

The Sherpas, whose name means "eastern people," are a proud and resilient community with a rich cultural heritage deeply intertwined with the mountains they call home. Descendants of Tibetan immigrants, the Sherpas have inherited a legacy of mountaineering excellence and a profound respect for the natural world. Their expertise in navigating the treacherous terrain of the Himalayas is unparalleled, making them indispensable guides and companions for those seeking to explore these awe-inspiring landscapes.
