Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all trips operated by Adventure High Mountain. Please read carefully the terms and conditions. Your signature on the booking form is confirmation of your accepatance of all the terms and conditions.

Booking Conditions:-

A deposit and completed booking form should be sent to Adventure High Mountain or your agent. Balance Becomes due 60 days prior to departure. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we will regard the booking as canclled. If the cancellation, which must be in writing is received within the period stated below, the following scale of cancellation changes of the entire trip cost will apply:-

Payment Procedure:

An Advance 50% is required for booking the trip, Remaining amount can be paid in Kathmandu Before trek departure. All Payment must be wired through Telex Transfer for Direct Deposit in following address:

These charge are to cover the expenses that are incurred in the advance preparation of the trips booked. We recommend that you procure an insurance policy to cover this as wee.

Insurance

Personal Travel insurance is not included in the tour/trek price. Every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants. However we insist that you take out a personal travel insurance policy as conditions pf our accepting you on the trip. It is necessary that you forward us a copy of the policy of an insurance covering all the requested conditions on arrival.

Postponement or unforeseen events:-

We will not be responsible for postponement or delay caused by

Insurance

It should cover the following conditions:-

Medical treatment and repartiation hospital benefits emergency rescue personal accident loss or theft of personal effect, personal liability travel delay and legal expenses.

Liability:-

Adventure High Mountain is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by visitors. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, Nature disaster etc, must ne burn by the clients themselves. Program, cost services and conditions are subject to change without advance notice.

Price Changes :-

The prices quoted by Adventure High Mountain are based on airfares, exchange rates and costs in effect on the date shown. We reserve the right to alter our prices if these rates change substantially. We may also apply surcharges in the event of significant changes in airfare, government regulations and taxes. We cannot make refunds to traveler/trekker who are adversely affected by changes in exchange rates.

Health:

Good health and physical fitness is required on all trips. We recommend a physical examination for all trekkers on extended treks.

Route change:
It is possible that a route could be necessary.This could be due to inclement weather,political restrictions or any other cause. Route changes will always be at the discretion of the group leader and Adventure High Mountain (AHM). No refund will be available in the event of any route or itinerary changes.No refund or compensation will be available for any changes to the services,route,itinerary and any unused hotel accomodation, airticket or any other unused services or feature of the tour.

Unforeseen Events:
If the domestic flight is cancelled or delayed due to weather condition or technical reason,then we can't take resposnsibility. However we will change a suitable alternative.If the trip is cut short or there are breaks in between due to natural disaster then the cost is not refundable once paid.Trekking charge is not refundable if you decide to terminate your trek before the set date or after trek starts.

Staff welfare:
We insure all our staff and provide porters with warm high altitude gear boots,jackets,trousers and other warm gear like gloves,socks,snow googles etc. As well as their wages. Their well being is as important to us as yours.

Staff Insurance
For all our employees, we have an insurance policy. It includes a health,rescue and a life insurance.

Group size:
The minimum group size must be 2 members and maximum 16 pax or more.
Trek/Tour leader Complimentary-
On 16 paying pax 1 Trek/tour leader 100% free in Nepal Trek.
On 14 paying pax 1 Trek/Tour leader 100% free except Lhasa flight and visa fee.
